USER AGREEMENT

TaskForMe Ltd – www.taskforme.co Effective Date: 03 August 2026

1. Introduction

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between TaskForMe Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus (“TaskForMe”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and you, the User (“User”, “you”, “your”), when accessing or using the Platform www.taskforme.co (“Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

• User — Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• Client — A User posting a Task or requesting services.
• Service Provider — A User offering services or completing Tasks.
• Task — A request for services posted by a Client.
• Agreement — The contractual relationship between TaskForMe and the User.
• User Contract — A separate agreement formed directly between Client and Service Provider.
• Content — Any information submitted by Users, including text, images, reviews, and communications.
• Platform Services — All functionalities provided by TaskForMe.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have full legal capacity under Cyprus law
• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
• Not be previously suspended or removed
• Not reside in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited

TaskForMe may require identity verification at any time.

4. Nature of the Platform

TaskForMe is a marketplace platform connecting Clients with independent Service Providers. TaskForMe does not employ, manage, supervise, or control Service Providers. All Tasks are performed under a direct User Contract between Client and Service Provider.

TaskForMe:

• Is not a party to User Contracts
• Does not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of Tasks
• Does not verify professional qualifications unless explicitly stated
• Is not liable for actions or omissions of Users

5. User Account Registration

5.1 Account Creation

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information. TaskForMe may request identity verification documents.

5.2 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. All activity under your account is deemed authorised by you.

5.3 Account Suspension

TaskForMe may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breach of this Agreement
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Abuse, harassment, or discrimination
• Illegal conduct
• Repeated complaints or poor performance

Termination does not relieve Users of outstanding obligations.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 General Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the Platform lawfully
• Provide accurate information
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Not interfere with Platform functionality
• Not circumvent Platform fees

6.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide clear, lawful, and accurate Task descriptions
• Ensure safe working conditions
• Pay Service Providers promptly
• Not request prohibited or dangerous activities

6.3 Service Provider Responsibilities

Service Providers must:

• Perform Tasks with reasonable care and skill
• Comply with tax, labour, and licensing obligations
• Not misrepresent qualifications
• Maintain professional conduct
• Not subcontract Tasks without consent

7. User Contract Between Client and Service Provider

When a Client engages a Service Provider, a User Contract is formed directly between them. TaskForMe is not a party to this contract.

The User Contract governs:

• Scope of work
• Payment terms
• Liability allocation
• Performance standards
• Dispute resolution between Users

Users acknowledge that TaskForMe has no control over the performance of Tasks.

8. Fees and Payments

8.1 Platform Fees

TaskForMe may charge:

• Service fees
• Commission fees
• Processing fees

Fees may be updated with notice.

8.2 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third‑party payment providers. Users agree to comply with the terms of such providers.

8.3 Payment Disputes

TaskForMe is not responsible for payment disputes between Users. TaskForMe may withhold payments in cases of fraud or investigation.

9. User Content

Users may submit Content such as:

• Task descriptions
• Reviews
• Messages
• Profile information

Users grant TaskForMe a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, and display Content for Platform operation.

TaskForMe may remove Content that is:

• Abusive
• Fraudulent
• Defamatory
• Illegal
• Violating privacy or intellectual property rights

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by TaskForMe Ltd or licensed to it.

Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content
• Use trademarks without permission
• Reverse engineer or modify Platform software

11. Privacy and Data Protection

TaskForMe processes Personal Data in accordance with:

• GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679)
• Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Request or perform regulated professional services without licensing
• Post harmful code or malware
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate
• Use the Platform for commercial advertising without permission
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or fees

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus and EU law, TaskForMe is not liable for:

• Actions or omissions of Service Providers
• Damages arising from Tasks
• Losses caused by User misconduct
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Users are responsible for their own actions and compliance with law.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TaskForMe Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Breach of this Agreement
• Misconduct or negligence
• Violation of law
• Disputes between Users

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Between Users

Disputes between Clients and Service Providers must be resolved directly between them.

TaskForMe may, at its discretion:

• Provide mediation
• Offer guidance
• Suspend accounts involved in repeated disputes

15.2 With TaskForMe

Any dispute between Users and TaskForMe shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, including:

• Contract Law
• Consumer Protection Law
• Electronic Commerce Law
• GDPR and Cyprus Data Protection Law

17. Amendments

TaskForMe may update this Agreement at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
